We've been friends on a carnival Monday. we have chosen the menu jai alai. euros. salad, txuleton and dessert, with water and wine included. the very rich salad, two txuletas for three great people, village bread, rioja breeding, great. the waitress very attentive and the cook a crack, some very good txuletas. where the difference is in desserts. a spectacular presentation and both the torrija and the most delicious... Nothing less than 28 eurazos by a menu of the day that is not to launch rockets. consequence: empty dinner on Wednesday.
I loved everything I asked for. octopus, hives, chop, lubine and goxua. It all had a special flavor, it had that special aroma to brag. I can tell you there's a big cook behind it.
