Oscar's is a diner that offers delicious food and outstanding service. We chose to sit outside since the interior was extremely crowded. I was a bit disappointed that the train wasn't running around the tracks inside, as that was one of my favorite features of Oscar's when I was younger.
We tried the ham and cheese and Reuben sandwiches, both of which were tasty, along with some delicious fries. However, the service was somewhat disappointing. I had to ask the waitress for napkins, utensils, and drink refills, even though it wasn't particularly busy.
Omar on Sunday is a great cook. He is back in the kitchen, so is hard to recognize. If you sit at the counter next to the kitchen, you can scream hola Omar.
Classic diner experience! Lots of great menu options. Wish I'd saved room for a cinnamon roll!
We had lunch here and it was all I was hoping it would be. It is a quaint small town diner with excellent food. No more needs to be said.
