Wonderful location with a great ambiance. The pub offers traditional food, and the bar staff are exceptional. Price per person is between £10 and £20. I booked a table day before. When I got there all the tables were reserved. We were shown to table 7 which is near the bar and was told as there were 2 of us this was only table we could have. We would have liked to move to a quieter table. The food and service were excellent. My only issue is that during the time we were in the pub (about hour and quarter) I only saw one of the other tables occupied. The same thing happened last time we visited. I will be coming to the pub every week for food and was wondering if there is any way, when booking, I can request a quieter table. Thanks

Came here after the refurb thinking it was still the hungry horse.soo dissapointed value for money has gone . x meal was loverly cooked well but we left still hungry . its decorated amazingly .looks fab but has lost the friendlyness and atmosphere .staff were great but wont be coming back .sorry .x Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
