Was Anonym at The Eate a mag?
The Eate does a really good yiros roll with good chunks of tasty lamb and filled out well with salad (a few soggy chips but not too many). Other dishes are good too including nice heavy coffee. The prices are seriously high though and it's...not as fancy as you might expect from this price. View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about The Eate:
We made an online purchase. $60 for a set of 6 pork ribs, while from rib and burgers you get 8 for $45. They were delicious. Almost $60 for lamb on the skewer, who scream more like lamb theoretically for two, but hardly enough... for one. Never View all feedback.
Super secret off the menu goodness - The Lowdown: We get to this place and check out the menu, searching high and low for ribs Almost ordering a
Good promise but it failed to live up to my expectationsQuite a large space which made it difficult to establish a warm and inviting atmosphere.
We love food cooked over fire, the flavour of the flame transferring to the charred meat.
I loved visiting this restaurant today with my family. The service was great, the food was excellent, and the meat was soft and tasty. Everything was wonderful, including the delicious churros. The atmosphere was lovely as well. I highly recommend this place as one of the best places to eat in the Dulwich Hill area. Thank you to the amazing staff, and I will definitely be back soon.
Tried this place tonight with a few friends. **** on the ball!! I am honestly considering heading back there tomorrow even though the four of us ate the equivalent of a small village. Had the meat platter. Eyes rolled back. Had the slow cooked lamb. Found myself biting into my fork upon completion. The large plate of vegies. VEGIES!!! These things were the best vegetables I've ever had in my life and I HATE cauliflower. Last but not least, the sticky date pudding (with salted caramel ice cream), this sparked up my appetite all over again. No exaggeration. Customer service.. she had us trying the entire menu twice. She was lovely. (Apologies for not asking her name) I would come back here again.. and again... and AGAIN. Thank you.
