A friend recommended Sara's Table Chester Creek Cafe and I’m so happy she did!! That place was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The young lady who greeted us was kind and that girl was working working. Putting names on the list, seating people, and busting tables. I would say she was a true team players. She sat us outside which was our choice because it was a beautiful day. We later regretted that decision because the bees were really really bad that it made it hard to eat. But they didn’t stop us from loving our dining experience. Our server Manda was a gem and every bite of the food was just mouth watering. We had the vegetable omelette and added salmon. We order a pancake and it was literally the best cakes I’ve ever eaten so fluffy and buttery… and the house fries OMG OMG I have never had potato’s, carrots and peppers when I say HEAVEN…. We shared a meal and I would say that we were both full, we never eat all of our food when we order a omelette. Anyways 10 stars fa sure for the food and the service but I wouldn’t recommend sitting outside by the flowers. Ohh and I had the Moroccan Mint tea it was so good I got a box to go! I highly recommend this restaurant.

The food was delicious with great options for those avoiding gluten and dairy. The wait time was reasonable, and overall, everything was quite good. However, the eggs in the eggs Benedict were overcooked.
Edit: We loved it so much my partner and I decided to eat here for our anniversary dinner! We even got a reservation for 7:00 over the phone, which we were assured they had. They did not have it when we arrived, but instead offered us a 45-55 minute waitbecause they lost the reservation. I'm beyond frustrated to have my anniversary dinner ruined out of the blue like this. I maynot be returning unfortunately Love the food here! We got the buttermilk pancakes and chorizo biscuits and gravy (worth theextra charge for some amazing eggs). Both of those were so delightful and I ate myself into a coma, all washed down with greatcoffee. Our waiter was so lovely and attentive too! Got a stout chocolate cupcake that was fine but not great.
If I was just basing my review off of my first experience in March 2022, I would easily give this restaurant 5 stars. My partner and I came here for brunch, and the food and service were absolutely exceptional. We had an incredible experience, and we told anumber of our friends in Minneapolis about the restaurant. When we left, we couldn’t wait to return for dinner, and we perusedthe dinner menu on our way back to Minneapolis. We drove up to Duluth from Minneapolis this weekend to celebrate ouranniversary, and At Sarah’s Table was at the top of our list to visit. We wanted to have our anniversary dinner here onSaturday evening (tonight), so we made sure to call at 2:30 on Friday to make a reservation for 7 pm. The person on the phoneconfirmed that we were at set for 7 pm on Saturday evening. We arrived at 6:45 on Saturday, and when we approached the host, wewere informed that our reservation wasn’t on the list and that we could wait 45-50 minutes for a table. We gave our name andpromptly left and headed to a local co-op for a dinner of pizza and berry pie. We were really disappointed by this experience,but we won’t let it sour our anniversary. I don’t know if we’ll be returning here again, even though the food is sowonderful.
