My wife and I had breakfast this morning. Our experience was fantastic from the time we went into the door until the time we left. A young man greeted us and sat down. We waited for over thirty minutes to be seated, only to have to stand around for an additional ten minutes while the area under our table was cleaned. Great breakfast and great service! We went to another restaurant next to our hotel for breakfast. We left no one after 15 minutes who even took a drink from us. We drove 5 minutes to IHOP and sat almost immediately, had drinks within 3 minutes and our meals within 15 minutes. Our server was great! We didn't need to ask for something, she was up on everything! She didn't wear a name tag, so I didn't get her name, but we told her we appreciate her great service!

Food came out immediately, hot and fresh the butter melted super fast. The waitress was the only employee and she stopped and asked if I needed anything. She was fantastic and the cook even came out to say hello and serve the food! Overwhelmingly good especially for the price!

All I received was a half-hearted apology from the waitress. The food took forever to arrive, and the wrong prices were entered on our bill. We had to point out the mistakes to our waitress because she seemed clueless. My family and I will not be returning to this restaurant.
This is one of our go-to restaurants. The food is always delicious and the staff is welcoming and friendly.
