We arrived roughly 10 minutes before closing time, and I realize that can be challenging for restaurant staff. They were almost done with their cleanup, but we weren't in a hurry for our meal. I had a generally good experience at the restaurant. The customer service was outstanding, and the restrooms were well-maintained. The food was decent, but it didn't have the flavor I expected; it just wasn't as tasty as I had hoped. I recall the quality and taste being significantly better back in 2015. View all feedback.
I know Chipotle is known for smaller portions, but this location gave me the tiniest servings I've ever had, even compared to others in different states. Definitely a 10 out of 10 for not coming back. When I went back to get a second small portion—yes, really small—that cost me another $5. Just a heads up, you might want to choose a different spot for lunch.
I've generally enjoyed this Chipotle location, but they refused to redeem my Chipotle gift card for cash when the balance was under $10, despite California law requiring them to do so. Now I'm stuck exchanging emails with corporate, which is really frustrating.
I usually order ahead for pickup, and my order is always accurate. The food is delicious!
There are two Chipotle locations in Dublin, and I wouldn't recommend this one. Unless, of course, you enjoy consistently undercooked rice and overcooked meat. It seems the only reason this place stays open is its convenience. Instead, I suggest heading to the Chipotle near Hacienda, near Nordstrom Rack and other shops. That location is consistently good, while this one is always a letdown.
