This restaurant is fantastic and a frequent choice for us. There are various payment options available, as shown in the photo.
The restaurant required customers to pay an additional dollar when using a credit card. When asked for a receipt, they pointed to a small poster on the wall. The customer service was extremely poor.
This restaurant review is not very positive. The service was very unfriendly and we had a terrible experience. The waiter forgot some of our order and didn't even offer us water for our family. We were also surprised when they told us we had to pay an extra dollar if we used a credit card, without informing us beforehand. Overall, we felt uncomfortable and unsafe in this establishment.
We ordered the pork chop with rice which was really good and the beef brisket which I didn't care for. It was intimidating to order because you just key in your order in their apple pay device. The woman behind the counter was kind enough to tell us about it. The man who asked us if we are dining in was nice to ask if we wanted water or hot tea after he checked on our orders. Our bill came up to $32 . The meal was $12.50 each and there's a $4 or 16% tip, the tax and other charges was at $3 plus. There's a lot of parking on a weekday. There is something lacking in the place, maybe this is how a Taiwanese resto looks like. I am not a fan of Taiwanese food so I won;t be coming back.
