A once-beloved local spot known for Sicilian pies, cheese sticks and friendly service now delivers mixed results: hot, perfect-crust pizzas and generous customer gestures coexist with inconsistent quality—oversalted gyros, undercooked or greasy pies, milder-than-before subs and sparse meat portions. Guests appreciate quick service, delivery and a relaxed open-kitchen vibe, but variability and occasional staffing issues temper enthusiasm. Still a convenient, casual stop with standout moments for road trippers and families, albeit one where quality can fluctuate.
Angela is the best, shes friendly and an awesome service provider! Food was yummy David and Jennifer are the best cooks!! we had a cheesesteak sub and two pizza’s! Love the crust !! We will be back!!!
Tried this place for the first time. The people working were nice any very polite, dining area is very comfortable and has a wonderful small pizzeria feel to it. Got a large pepperoni pizza. The crust was crisp without being hard, excellent taste, sauce was damn near perfect and they didn’t actually skimp on the cheese. Definitely worth a try if anyone is wondering
We were in the area for college graduation and found Basil Pizza online. The employees were very helpful and kind. And each of our eight family members commented on the taste and fresh ingredients. Would definitely eat here again.
Update: VERY disappointed. For almost $50, we ended up with little meat, which is exactly like Steak ems. You get more bread than anything. The Mexican sub is no longer the same. It 's not spicy. It 's...nothing close to what we all use to know. Thefries were crunchy, if that 's a plus. I don 't even know what the Steak ems and veggies is suppose to be. They call it theworks . I 'm so upset. A place we use to love to eat at and we gave 5 stars to, has gone down to 1 star. I have 2 stars becausethe lady taking the order was nice and food was delivered. Probably won 't be back and I can 't say I would suggest thisplace. 2019: Fantastic new eatery that took over the building/business of Ciro. Nice and clean. Order was ready fast. TheMexican sub was delicious and very spicy. Fries were great. Cashier was friendly and fun. As I waited I saw them bringing foodto the small tables for customers to enjoy. Prices were as expected. It cost about 7 plus for a 12 in sub. Menu is very similarto what Ciros offered. They have fountain drinks. Pool table is gone for more tables. Environment was cool as kitchen is framedin now. They do seem to deliver too.
First time ordering a Pepperoni roll. It was an amazing experience food was phenomenal. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. The prices are decent. My first time here but pretty sure will come again for more good food 10/10. ????
