We tried this place for the first time and really liked it. The food was fresh, hot and delicious. The menu has burgers, schnitzels, ribs and sides. Family friendly so you can bring your kids along. Prices are very reasonable and serving sizes are great. Do your self a favour and go in for dinner one night. View all feedback.

The evening started well with nice bar staff however it was ruined by the rudest kitchen hand and a menu that doesn’t describe the food. The schnitzels have a spice mix in the flour that’s not advertised yet if you don’t like it the kitchen...hand will grill your personal taste choices. We were wowed by the friendly gentleman who took our booking -even though he got the name wrong, only to attend and be disappointed in the food. Unenthusiastic girl took our order, bruschetta different but great, burger good, chicken dry and tasteless. Beers well chilled,...raspberry soda watered down no flavour
Absolutely fantastic service and meals/drinks! Make it what you want it to be. Causal drinks or fancy drinks before dinner- up to you! Always friendly staff, and great service. Could not fault a thing! Highly recommend the burgers and the strawberry gin cocktail (party something? ....Fantastic food delivery during lockdown too. A credit to Dubbo! Well done team Monkey Bar.
The restaurant has a fantastic variety of beers on tap! My spouse and I decided to stop by on our way to dinner at another place. They have a great selection of New South Wales beers (microbrews) and a relaxing lounge area to enjoy them in.
