A wonderfully eclectic establishment, The Old Crouch, serves in-house made food such as burgers, sandwiches, and cabbage rolls, among other things. The food itself tastes great and the portion sizes were generous. The staff is also very friendly and knowledgeable about the area.My only disappointment: I didn't have enough room for dessert. What User dislikes about The Old Grouch's:
Disappointing. Dry cabbage rolls with the Ukrainian dinner and one thin slice of over-toasted garlic bread with a tiny flute of sour cream. The borsht was good. The kids' burgers were almost inedible. The fries were decent. The owners need to sell or hire professional cooks. This may have been mom's cooking' once, but certainly isn't anymore.
