The service was outstanding! Even though it was early, the food did not disappoint. I tried the dinner salad and was happily surprised by how good it was. This Applebee's location has been a fixture in Warrington for years, and I look forward to coming back again.
We shared a large appetizer with a mix of different items. We both enjoyed iced tea, and our server did a fantastic job keeping our glasses full. She was not only friendly but also quick to clear our plates once we were done. For me, attentive service like this is a key part of a great dining experience.
Overall, my experience was similar to my visits to other Applebee's locations. They seemed slightly understaffed, causing a wait for a table despite many being available. However, once seated, our food arrived quickly.
The food was decent, but the service from the waitress was terrible. Our drinks arrived after the appetizers and main courses, and one of our meals never made it to the table at all. The waitress didn’t check on us, which meant she missed the fact that our drinks were still missing and that one meal never came out. I had to get her attention myself to point these issues out. We've dined here before without any problems, so this recent experience was quite disappointing. I think I’ll be avoiding this place for a while.
Our server seemed indifferent, which made my dinner experience less enjoyable. The food was just average and was served warm. This is the first time I've had an issue at this restaurant.
