Dining at this restaurant has proven to be a hit-or-miss affair for many patrons. While some rave about the excellent food and exceptional service, others express disappointment with soggy bread, limp fries, and improper orders. Numerous diners have reported issues with food quality, including rancid wings, small portions, and inconsistent preparation. The hot wings were saturated in hot sauce and not fresh. The Pommes were old. Very disappointed? The first time tonight
The fenders were overcooked, and the coleslaw was excessively sweet. The toast was overly white on one side and barely toasted on the other, indicating that only half the job was done. Overall, I wasn't very impressed with my experience, especially after seeing the well-prepared dishes served just five minutes later.
Known for their great tenders but I wouldn't discount their wings! Great sauce choices that go well with ranch.
Food was great, our server was awesome, she said we would be back and worked hard to ensure our kids loved the experience. Nice work!
Terrible Service all employees where horsing around didn't care about customers. Took 25 min to get food fry's where cold. Another customer had the same problem and they where not that busy.
