The restaurant by Donegal Bay offers a mixed dining experience, with fresh adult dishes and high prices, but a disappointing child's burger. An ambience with no promised music, good service, and comfortable atmosphere add to the overall dining experience. A great Vegan takeaway option was highly recommended, with delicious enchiladas, brownies, and ice cream. Despite minor menu discrepancies and payment issues, the pleasant staff and enjoyable view of the bay make for a nice meal out while in Donegal. Overall, a restaurant worth visiting for its good food and friendly service.
Adult dishes are fresh and of quality, quite expensive I find but it is the season. But the child burger, it's a steak chopped in a bunny. No sauce, no tomato, no salad ... nothing other than a chopped steak and 2 pieces of bread ... it might be called a simple chopped steak. fortunately he was of quality. desserts on the other hand.
Fantastic food, staff were excellent. A minor issue with one dish was sorted without drama. Very good value for money.
We have a family lunch here on New Year 2025. Great portions of food and very delicious. The staff are friendly and helpful. We will come back again for sure.
