Was Ron Brenner at Freshez a mag?
Not only is it the only genuine keto restaurant in town, but the food is also delicious. They are expanding their menu to include non-keto options as well. Both breakfast and lunch are excellent! View all feedback.
What Terry J dislikes about Freshez:
The first thing that stood out to me was that the tablecloths were dirty. Additionally, the pants of the guy working at the counter/waiting tables kept falling down, which I found quite off-putting—I really don’t want to see someone’s underwear. A belt might be a good investment.
There were no napkins on the table, nor were any offered, and I also didn’t receive any silverware.

Freshez is one of my top favorites in Dickson! My husband and I eat here often and everything we've tried has been amazing. I definitely recommend the chicken, bacon, ranch quasidilla ? Also highly recommend the keto coffees! This is the perfect place to go if you want something healthy, but delicious.
The food is freeeshhhh!!!! I recommend the buffalo ranch quesadilla! Bet!
Eating here today was a real treat! My wife and I have been eating right for 3 years and have never found a restaurant like this, though we have looked often in our travels across more than 10 states!The food was done to perfection, the dessert was incredible, and the owner a joy to talk with.We are nit from the area but drove 50 minutes from our hotel in Nashville to eat a meal we knew was going to be healthy!We would love to see a Fresh EZ restaurant near our home in Alabama!!
The coffee is the BEST in Dickson and the quesadilla burgers, cheesesteak quesadillas, and chicken quesadillas are addicting. I had a keto waffle once too and it was really good. It’s a good place to go to after the gym. The owners are also very friendly.
