My wife and I love visiting local coffee shops when we are in a town we've never visited before. Found this gem in downtown Devils Lake. Coffee was great but what stood out was their customer service. The staff even gave us recommendations for supper places. We were only in town for 2 days but we made sure to visit Liquid Bean both of those days.
Every year, my visit to Devils Lake includes a stop at The Liquid Bean. Today, we enjoyed muffins and iced drinks, but we've also had their sandwiches before, and they've always been delicious! It's a charming spot with excellent service. Be sure to make this coffee shop a must-visit!
Comfortable, good location, decent music, priced about average for coffee drinks. Found their decafe 'Americono excellent. Person making coffee seemed to actually care about proper pulling of shots and not just slinging a cup of whatever to the customer.
Really good sandwiches for lunch. Coffee is great too along with the service and atmosphere of the business.
It’s not easy to find good coffee while being on the road in the US, so finding The Liquid Bean in Devils Lake, ND was one of the best surprises. Good coffee and sweets, definitely worth a visit if you are in town.
