I placed my order using the app and it notified me to check in when I was nearby so they could start preparing my order. I followed the instructions and arrived at the restaurant 5 minutes later. I waited at the front for some time before anyone acknowledged me. Finally, a staff member asked if they could help me, to which I replied that I had an online order. Unfortunately, the staff member didn't say anything and walked away, seeming annoyed. Luckily, someone else eventually started preparing my order. The food was good, but the long wait and unhelpful employee dampened the experience.
