Was Anene Nel at Tropicana a mag?
The service was excellent as usual, but unfortunately, we've encountered the same issue multiple times when requesting ice cream or a milkshake—either the machine is broken or the ice cream isn't frozen. This has happened more than five times and appears to be a recurring problem. Why is this always an issue? Shouldn't it be addressed? View all feedback.
Great food! Even though the restaurant was really busy, we were able to place our order quickly and it arrived in no time at all.

The creamiest and most delicious ice creams in the entire country! They're also incredibly affordable, offering great value for your money.
