Hi, so I ordered a #7 spring rolls and a rice plate with sodas. The waitress was very rude no clients just us and 1 other I didn't get my sodas untill after we got our food, she spilled water all over my boots which wasn't a big deal but when I got my pho it had multiple hairs in it and the spring rolls were hard,??
