Was Humphrey Vives at Final Approach a mag?
If you arrive to the Denver airport too early or would like to wait on the arrival of family and friends, then the Final Approach is the recommended spot to hang out at, have a drink, sandwich or a donut. The facility is well maintained despite the heavy flow of traffic going in and out of it. View all feedback.
What Monica G dislikes about Final Approach:
So, we try to be patient and respectful but staff at both Schlotsky's and Auntie Annie's are really sad. Auntie Annie's- I ordered and was told 7 minutes. I paid (without asking she put my change in the tip cup and went back after 7 minutes. I ask if they are ready and she says 6-8 minutes. I reminded her it was already 7 minutes and she said she hadn't put them in oven yet as she had another order to get ready. I as... View all feedback.
I noticed that one of the main websites states that the restaurant is open until 10:00 PM. However, since it is currently 9:30 PM, I believe this information needs to be updated. I don't see any reason why the restaurant couldn't remain open later.
This is a great spot to hang out while waiting for your loved one, getting some work done, or grabbing a bite to eat. It's only about 8 minutes from the terminals, and you can check arrival and departure information on the screens in the dining area. They offer free, fast Wi-Fi, which is a nice bonus. The restaurants available include Schlotzsky's, Dunkin' Donuts, Auntie Anne's, and Tia's Mexican. Overall, it's a much better experience than sitting on the side of the highway with your blinkers on, a common sight for many Denver residents.
I only stop by here to use the restrooms when I pick up my family from the airport every few months. Unfortunately, they are always quite dirty. They really need to improve their cleaning, especially considering the large number of people who pass through here.

No eye contact possible with either employee. At schotsky's my husband ordered a combo 6. Only sandwiches come with a . He was given a sandwich. He asked for a drink and was told combos didn't come with drinks, just the sand which. (The large menu lists chips and drinks.... . . Try Wendy's in the other building.
I stopped at Final Approach when returning to Denver recently. As the name indicates, this is a really nice last minute pitstop before catching a flight out of town or even returning. There is a nice food court inside the main building that features Auntie Anne's, Dunkin' Donuts, Tia's Authentic New Mexican Eats and Schlotzsky's. All good choices! There is also a Wendy's on-site that has drive thru service as well. You may also get drive thru service with Dunkin Donuts. There is plenty of seating in the food court area that have eight screens for arrival and departure flights. Great idea to get updated flight information. There weren't any waiting lines at the fast food places other than Schlotzsky's and there were about three people waiting, at the most. They have public restrooms here as well. The men's room was fairly clean. They also have a Phillips 66 gas station on-site with several pumps. I really like this place. Brilliant idea to have this near DIA. Also, they have a large sized parking lot. This would be a great idea to stop here before picking someone up at the airport or to grab a bite after you've picked them up.Today's visit was a wonderful way for me to decompress from my trip and to start reintegrating back into my work week. Also, the noise level here isn't too bad. I feel that the level is average. For such a busy place, I'm surprised it's not louder. I recommend checking this place out sometime. Who knows, it may become a ritual when leaving on a trip or picking someone up at the airport. Hope your visit is as enjoys mine was!
