5 stars. Food was exceptional, staff was amazing, Donna was the best!. The had a smattering of a bit of their menu. The grilled cheese was incredible, the broccoli soup was amazing, the blt sandwhich was fresh and perfect. The combo sandwhich was flavorful. The salads were so crisp. my friend and I come here to birthdays and special occasions. it was always a good choice of tees! but this time, eating usually seemed to be costco. they made the gurkensandwiche, but with hardly anything on them. Hopefully it was just a bad day, it was quite good there in the way! View all feedback.
A fun experience but very pricey for what is served. Friendly staff but more attention would have been welcomed..way too long from time tea is served before food arrivedThe scones were delicious.
9/7/23 I went in to pick up 2, 2oz bags of tea I spent $19 on that I had ordered online the night before. On google the store said takeout began at 9:30 and the store opened at 9am. We walked in at 10am to pick up our order to which the lady working said she was working on other things and she usually did not get around to pick up orders until around 11am. We were on a time crunch as this was a gift and we needed to get it to our friend asap, so we asked for a refund and to just get a gift card instead. The same lady said she did not know how to cancel the online order and refund the money to put on a gift card instead (please teach your staff how to take care of simple tasks) she proceeded to package our order instead which took all of 2 whole minutes. She had a horrible attitude the entire time. Curious to what she would have done had someone walked in to order tea for takeout? Would she had turned them away and told them to come back after 11am?
My husband and daughters suprised me by taking me to high tea here for my birthday. I can't say enough about this very special place. The atmosphere, service, food and experience were great. It was a wonderful and special time to spend with the people I love most. The tea (we all tried something different) was excellent). The food was fresh and yummy. The atmosphere was very comfortable, very relaxing and definitely very British. I felt I had been whisked away to a foreign country for my birthday. I would highly recommend for any day, meal or special occasion with friends.
Super cute very chill and quiet perfect for reading or catching up on emails.
