My family has been eating at New Ruby for at least 10 years. Today I ordered the New Ruby Special Chicken. That is not what I received, when I called them to complain thinking I got the wrong dish, I was informed it had changed and there is nothing he could do for me. The new dish is so spicy it’s not even edible. Will not be returning, ABSOLUTELY disgusting custom service! View all feedback.
Consistently good food for a chain. Had the grilled shrimp and salmon....both were slightly over cooked, but not hammered. $36. Service was very friendly.
I've only been here for happy hour, but it's one of the best deals in the area$7 cocktails can't be beat, plus draft beer is already only $7.

The food is decent to good, but prices are about $2 to $3 higher than the menu listed on this site as of September 2018. A dinner for one now costs $12.50, while the vegetable curry is priced at $13.50.
