Was Patricia Dillema Kitishingi at Double Pizza a mag?
I ordered from Skipthedishes, and unfortunately, they forgot some items. However, the food was amazing! This is definitely the best pizza place in LaSalle. They deserve more stars. I will definitely order from them again. I did have some digestive issues after eating the poutine, but it won't stop me from giving them another chance. Keep up the good work, guys! I called to politely complain and was given the option to either walk back in the cold to exchange it or receive a credit. On Uber Eats, there is a promotion where you can buy two pizzas for the price of one. However, the prices of the pizzas are doubled.
The quality of pizza was really disgusting and more to that I mentioned for the thin crust and they did not follow the instruction.
The Double Pizza service in Lasalle, QC has truly downgraded over the years. It’s unfortunately not quality ingredients and staff anymore.1. The cash hasn’t worked in the last 3 weeks and the clerk/store manager doesn’t know how much to charger per pizzas.2. In one of our orders, we had specified that we wanted a vegetarian pizza with pineapples. The pizza had pepperoni!!! How does a vegetarian pizza have pepperoni??? I called their customer service and spoke to their manager Abdallah and all he could do for me was give me $5 for credit due to the shop’s mistake. They finally agreed to do an exchange for free but they still wanted to charge me delivery fees and tip the driver.3. The store manager has a bad habit of treating customers badly by throwing tantrums and throwing the ketchup sauces from the counter to the floor. This behaviour is unacceptable for any customer service environment.I have been a customer for over a decade and this truly upset me and my vegetarian employees. I will no longer be purchasing from this franchise again.Vegetarian options: Please don’t purchase vegetarian options at this franchise, they will put pepperoni on your order and will only give you a $5 credit for it.
I eat there regularly after school and the service is impeccable. The food is always served hot and well-prepared. I highly recommend it.
