I've ordered from this company multiple times, and they advertise one-day shipping, charging a shipping fee regardless of order size. I placed an order on February 9, 2021, and here I am, seven days later, still waiting for my items to arrive! We have ordered many puzzles over the last couple of years and they have all arrived, safe and sound within a reasonable time frame... considering we are in New Zealand. Well done folks, we would recommend you to anyone.

I ordered $70 worth of puzzles on 4/27/20 for my 86 year old mother who is still in quarantine, but has done all the puzzles she owns already. She still has not received them. When i call, the automated machine takes my name and number and says it will contact me in a few days when my turn comes up in line. I was beginning to wonder if this company was legit or if I had been scammed. I 'm still not sure! I will update my review accordingly.I was contacted immediately after posting this review, both here and by email but have never received that call back. I understand things might be challenging out there. They are suppose to be refunding my money.

All of my orders have been received quickly and packaged carefully. When I've interacted with customer service they've been kind and helpful. I highly recommend this business.
