Everything is clearly characterized vegan, and there are so many possibilities – also vegan weine! the view looks like a postcard. you will not be sorry!
Five stars as better to finish their day at delphi than to eat in a restaurant on the side of a mountain with magnificent views of the sea? vakhos has not only an incredible view of its glass windows, its service is exemplary, and its menu and property is local and authentic. her menu is impressively designed with labels for vegan and gluten-free as well as taste and texture of weeping and beating. I ordered the aubergines and cartoffels (they were made of bon soup.) both came into a tomato, garlic and olive oil sauce. the kartoffels were ok, and the aubergine was amazingly sweet and tender, almost melting in my mouth. the meal came with free brot, olive and baklava (also unbelievably in its sweet taste.)
If you read it, please just order the stuffed wein leaves! it is magnificient! really! and I must tell my oma that I have found a better bohnensuppe, she will cry. very nice restaurant!
The complimentary bread served at the beginning of the meal was lackluster, but the accompanying olive spread was decent. We tried the potato stew and aubergine imam for our main dishes. The potato stew was inconsistently cold and lacked flavor, while the aubergine imam was overly intense and oily. The oyster mushrooms in the dishes did not enhance the flavors, and the baklava dessert, though free, was not the freshest. Service was satisfactory, but the overall experience was dampened by the lack of warm food on a rainy day. Despite offering other vegan options, the restaurant fell short in its attempt to replicate home-style cooking. However, the establishment does offer a nice view for guests to enjoy.
We decided to dine at this restaurant when another one was unexpectedly closed. The food was tasty and reasonably priced, although the menu descriptions were a bit misleading. For instance, the artichoke in lemon sauce tasted more like a vegetable soup with no noticeable lemon flavor. The complimentary starter was bread with an olive spread, which was delicious. The free dessert offered was a vegan baklava, although there was some confusion about whether it contained honey. The waitress confirmed with the kitchen that it was indeed vegan. It seems that the restaurant only offers a vegan baklava option, but it's worth noting that some establishments may not be fully informed about vegan ingredients like honey.
