Rubbish toilets,no loo roll,DONT BOTHER Seems to be the trend at these new sites all over the country,i wont spend my money here
I don't think they have anyone on a toilet cleaning rota as they are disgusting almost without fail (also some people need to learn how to use a toilet). Fuel is expensive for the area but the food selection is okay.
Just wanted to acknowledge a an excellent member of your team-I think her name was Alice say how much we appreciated her kindness. We broke down on the way to the ferry in the freezing cold last night (Wednesday 14 Dec) were stranded with our 8 year old daughter for a number of hours. Alice was so helpful, kind friendly. She went out of her way to make sure we were ok. It’s great to come across someone like this restored my faith in the kindness of individuals. She is an asset to your business. We’ll definitely stop off on future journeys.
