Linda was an enthusiastic and attentive server who took my order with great detail. While I was waiting, the manager checked in on me to see how I was doing, which was a nice touch. The staff were all incredibly friendly, and my sandwich was prepared perfectly. I opted for the Country Rustic bread instead of the usual focaccia they offer. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!
I ordered three smoked house barbecue chicken sandwiches and two strawberry banana smoothies on February 25, 2024, around 7:30 PM. When I got home, I found that I received three beef sandwiches instead. I was informed that they were out of bananas, so I requested two strawberry smoothies instead. One of the staff members slammed a smoothie down on the counter and told me that was all they had. I won’t be returning. It was a complete waste of money.
I had a disappointing experience with a $5 soup. I ordered two for my sick daughter and me, but we received barely anything. The bread was burnt as well. Unfortunately, I've been consistently let down by this place and their food.
Been coming here occasionally for years. Have noticed a decline in service similar to other recent reviewers. I 'm not about to give a 1 star, but it 's clear that something has changed and management needs to address it. I 've been coming here daily for the last month because of the sip-cup promotion, and half the time the coffee carafes are empty, and I have to wait ~5 minutes to get someone 's attention to refill them. Most of the employees seemed to be low energy individuals; sure I get that good workers are hard to find, but some more effort may be required to maintaining a sense of morale here. So after my frustration with the frequently empty carafe issue, I decided to use the drive-thru instead thinking that would be faster way to get a cup of coffee, but is often extremely slow. When this sip-cup promotion is over I don 't see any reason to pay for the subscription since it would be faster and much cheaper to brew my own coffee at the office. $2.89 for a cup of stale coffee from a carafe is unjustifiable.
Soup and lemonade were delicious, only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the length of time it took for the meal to be prepared. Store was very busy, to be fair.
