There are a few vegetarian options that can also be done vegan options. great taste and variety in the food itself.
I have eaten the "Halloumi Brushetta" without halloumi three days in order! and the hummus with bruchetta was also amazing.
Amazingly environmentally conscious place (usable straw, natural moqito repellent, water replenish station) with a great atmosphere (painting, books and games) and some veggie options! the veggie options are usually vegetarian, but can be veganized at the demand for fot it. the personal is very friendly and accentuated overall. one of the employees themselves was vegetarian. this is rare here in philippines. there was only this one worker (I think he was still in training) who didn't understand the word vegan;' when I asked for the vegan brot for my veggie burger, he replied that they also want to add but the rest seemed to know the personal about veganism. they also serve a traditional Philipino dish that is randomly vegan: halang halang. Of course I wanted to try it. it was already too late when they told me that halang halang halang translated to spicy spicy they saw my reaction when I tried (face to red trenches in the eyes) and offered me to make a less sharp version of the teller. that was still very spicy, but for me managabel. I thought the veggieburger was a bit dry. but the hummus sandwich! the hummus sandwich was amazing. the hummus sand, friendly staff and game uno makes me want to go back and advise vegan and vegetarian who travel to dauin to go into the fin bar
The food is 8/10. They might take quite a while to bring it to you, but the overall atmosphere and warmth that you'll experience covers everything! Drinks and cocktails are amazing you can ask Jake or any other bartender to make a cocktail to your taste and that's simply wonderful. Important: they have the best coffee in Dauin. If you're looking for a solid noon cup'o'coffee you won't find it better than you get in Finbar. If there's smth you happen not to like here be a decent person talk to the staff, talk to Lara, the owner, there is nothing that can't be fixed or worked with here. The Sunday brunch is off the charts, food choices and the Margarita offerings 10/10. And I think it's the only place on Negros to offer passion fruit!
Really friendly staff, it’s a really good atmosphere which makes you wanna have more than one drink or bite there and also good food ofc.
