**Dining Experiences at Vue and Beyond** The culinary landscape at Vue offers a mix of highs and lows. While some guests lauded its vibrant breakfast options and delectable desserts, others noted inconsistencies in service and food quality. Buffets provide extensive choices, but the lack of ambiance left some diners wanting more. The sports bar presents a lively atmosphere for casual meals, boasting an impressive selection of pub fare that appeals to many. However, some patrons expressed disappointment over overcooked dishes and slow service. Overall, Vue is a mixed bag—ideal for a casual visit but perhaps not a dining destination for discerning food enthusiasts.

Was User at The Vue a mag?
I arrived at 6:00, desperately in need of a coffee after a rather chaotic tour of the botanical gardens. As a tourist, I was completely lost and exhausted. Fortunately, the lovely waiter Dominic offered me a seat outside, and we enjoyed a pleasant conversation. I ordered the pistachio and berries dessert along with a cappuccino, and both were absolutely delicious! I’ll definitely be returning for dinner. Thank you! View all feedback.
What User dislikes about The Vue:
Got to try Vue's new ala carte menu today. All the menu items were overpriced, chicken burger was $24 and Wagyu burger was $26. Bit overpriced for some average tasting burgers. Customer service wasn't good either, our table couldn't get waitress/waiter to serve us, we were constantly searching for them. View all feedback.

This was our second time dining at Vue, and it was just as delightful as the first. We were greeted promptly by friendly staff and quickly shown to our table. The food arrived in a timely manner and was perfectly cooked and delicious. I would definitely eat there again.
We had dinner at the buffet for $26 on Tuesday and returned for the $39 buffet on Thursday. Both days featured a wide variety of dishes, including soup, salad, shrimp, hot options (meat, vegetables, fish, pasta, and an array of sauces), along with free soft drinks. The main difference on Thursday was a slightly larger selection of salad, meat, and oysters. The desserts were fantastic! On Tuesday, there were many different cakes that were simply delicious. Thursday offered cake, a chocolate fountain, a greater variety of fruit, and ice cream! Both buffets are definitely worth a visit, and I’m sure we will return to Vue if we find ourselves back in Darwin. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is that they didn’t play any music, which was a bit disappointing.
This sports bar is a great place to sit and have a beer with friends. A fairly typical pub-style setup, but much more modern and cleaner with a large selection of spirits and beers available. Pub food available and some pretty awesome chicken parmies if you love them (I know you are doing) and sports questions on weekends for a chance to win some cash prizes!
