I give 5 stars to this 100% organic and plant-based restaurant in Darien (and it's delicious). The smoothies and açai bowls are fantastic. Blue Wave is my go-to for plenty of protein, fruit, and vegetables.
Organic and plant based food. Wow. Wow. So. Not only that, but the food tastes so delicious. I got a charcoal bowl, a Buddha bowl, and a dope detox juice. I’ll be back every day! Updated from previous review on 2020-11-20
We tried the Tex-Mex shell, a smoothie, and a Pitaya shell at this restaurant. They were all delicious.
As a frequent customer (often ordering through delivery services), this is my favorite vegan and gluten-free restaurant. I can enjoy my meals here without any concerns about triggering my celiac disease or having a negative reaction.
