Turbo Thai offers a diverse menu that can be hit or miss, as evidenced by recent experiences shared by diners. While some rave about flavorful dishes like the Pad Woonsen and crab rangoons, others express disappointment over dry Pad Thai and the unfortunate taste of burnt plastic in the garlic and basil fried rice. Service issues also mar the experience; frequent communication challenges and long wait times have left some customers frustrated. Despite these drawbacks, many appreciate the restaurant's quality ingredients and affordability, making it a contender in the local Thai cuisine scene.

By 2022, restaurant owners should recognize that gluten-free options aren't just a dietary choice—they're a necessity. I was pleasantly surprised by the Pad Woonsen with chicken from Turbo Thai. What User dislikes about Turbo Thai:
I had lunch tonight, and while I wish the Papaya salad had a bit more flavor, it was still decent. However, I ran into an issue with the garlic and basil fried rice. It seems they kept it warm in a plastic container, which unfortunately caused the plastic to burn. As a result, the whole dish had a taste of burnt plastic! View all feedback.

The food was excellent. We enjoyed the Thai cuisine, including the pumpkin curry, pad Thai, fried tofu, and spring rolls. Everything was delicious!
I ordered food through Postmates, I got a phone call saying that they ran out of an item in my order, I literally asked to make things EASY “is there something I can swap that item for?” and was told no. I would just get a refund of the item. Called twice to confirm that the rest of the order was still scheduled to arrive and was told yes, very confidently. The restaurant is closed now, postmates is of no service and I’m out of money, time and food. What a great Friday, cheers to the weekend I guess ?
I ordered Pad Thai and chives dumplings for pick-up. The dumplings were good. The Pad Thai, however, was about the driest Pad Thai I've ever had. the noodles seemed to be coated in the sauce, as they were adequately flavored, but extremely dry. Maybe it's a personal preference, but it was disappointing for sure. I've had plenty of other Pad Thai in my life and this was by far the worst. Sad.
