My neighbor took me to Endicott Grill twice it was awesome! I got the French Dip with sweet potatoes fries, which was so incredible melts in your mouth! He is taking me back again today, hope you guys have French Dip for me, I'm starving!! I'm gonna try to get there for Open Mic Night one of these nights!
We needed last minute reservations for 8 people on Mother's Day. Endicott Grille had a table ready for us and the food and service were great. My mother is a big fan of baked squid – that can be met or missed in restaurants – and she loved her. My girlfriend and I are vegetarians and were pretty psychic that they were beyond burgers. We couldn't believe prices – lots of food and drink and we didn't even break $150 with tip! We will definitely be back.
Prime rib 24oz delicious. Filet mignon cooked perfectly $23 yes!!!! Veggies delicious, mashed potatoes home made were pretty good but the best I've had but steak and size made up for it. App was haddock bites soooo good!!! Good music, comfortable place, family friendly. My server was good place was busy he was working hard. Will definitely come back!! Final check $74.74
I've eaten here many times and have always had good food and service. however the other night we took some friends there for a quick dinner (we were going to see a band) and I was completely mortified! The meals (only sandwiches as we were in a hurry)took 30 minutes to come out, as they were sitting in the kitchen for some time and we finally asked again about them. When Ifinally got my pastrami sandwich it was cold, the bread was burned black and it had the wrong side dish. We couldn't wait for itto be remade at that point and asked that just something to be taken off the price of that one sandwich. The owner/manager cameto the table said he had removed the sandwich from the bill and then told us he couldn't understand why people refused to payfor a meal they had eaten!! The total rudeness was uncalled for as i had only eaten the parts of the sandwich that were notburned and the incorrect side was also untouched. The waitress had to go back to the kitchen and retrieve the correct side (wewere done eating at that point) that was still sitting in the kitchen. While the bill was being paid, I approached the gentlemanand tried to explain that I hadn't asked for a free meal just a price reduction, he refused to listen, said some very rudethings and stormed off into the kitchen while I was still talking. Sadly I will never go there again nor will the other people Iwas with.
Was stuck in town for the night. The Endicott Grille was conveniently located near my hotel and already had good reviews. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that it lived up to, if not surpassed the reviews. It was a nice laid back tavern atmosphereand struck me as a local hang out. Everyone was friendly and having a good time. The food was excellent quality tavern fare. (Irecommend the Southwest burger) the staff were very friendly and the service was prompt. The best part, especially under mycircumstances, was they are open late and have a late night menu. They have many screens to follow whatever sports you're into,Keno, and karaoke. I highly recommend stopping here if you're passing through or in Danvers in general.
