**Carbone's: A Culinary Gem in the Park Cities** Carbone's has quickly established itself as a go-to destination for fresh, high-quality Italian cuisine, offering a charming atmosphere that perfectly balances modernity and coziness. The restaurant’s fast service, knowledgeable staff, and extensive wine selection enhance the dining experience, though guests note that portion sizes can be smaller relative to pricing. Highlights from the menu include delectable options like fried ravioli, spaghetti and meatballs, and standout brunch dishes such as polenta and eggs. Despite minor service hiccups, the overall acclaim for Carbone's exceptional food and memorable dining makes it a must-visit for Italian enthusiasts.
Loved the food! I've been for dinner twice. Fresh made items to stop in and and take home, as well. Good parking. The service was good. There is a good amount of seating available, also. Great wine selection! I will be back.
Whenever I'm in the mood for an Italian lunch, Carbone's is my go-to place. The restaurant has a modern vibe while maintaining a relaxed atmosphere. It feels cozy, and the food and service are excellent. With a variety of options like salads, specialty handmade pastas, and sandwiches, there's something for everyone. I particularly enjoy their lunch special—a half Turkey Hero Sandwich paired with a cup of Escarole White Bean Soup, which is just perfect. It's a nice spot to sit back, read, or simply enjoy some time. Plus, their extensive selection of Italian wines adds to its popularity. Glenn Almack
With an elegant Italian deli ambiance, an extensive wine list, and attentive waitstaff who truly appreciate the quality of the food, we enjoyed a fantastic lunch. We chose dishes featuring house-made pasta and vibrant, flavorful tomato sauce, and we were not let down. On our next visit, we plan to try their po'boy made with house-cured porchetta.
I went with a friend for her birthday brunch and it was so good! They have a limited brunch menu but their amazing polenta and eggs makes up for it. Best brunch dish that I have had in a while! The polenta was perfect and had a medium egg on top with a light dollop of salsa! It was the perfect light dish that didn't leave me needing a nap after the meal. <br/ <br/ My friend and I split a bottle of their house Chardonnay and it was delicious, super chilled, and affordable! Quite yummy. I would definitely come back for dinner. PS. Their rolls are crispy and soft on the inside. So good. <br/
