Ham shells as a suggestion, even with truffles...the joke! Crispy pork belly with oysters and Sichuan...hum hum! Not crispy at all, 3 nano pieces of oysters which add absolutely nothing and a chili sauce that is too strong, even if it was good, the description of the dish is wrong.
