I booked a weekend in the schlosshotel burghaus kronenburg. my high expectations have been far exceeded, both in view of the room and the kitchen. it was not known to me that there is such a top location in the eifel. the house moves out of my way towards Michelin star. View all feedback.

In the burg burg kronenburg from 30.06.2016 to 02.07.2016 to get married, because there comes the steadfast to a certain extent to the house, we were allowed to enjoy the excellent eating twice in a high quality environment. simply sensational what nada miskovic (responsible for the kitchen) and michael black (for the service) offer their guests. I have rarely experienced how to eat a holistic experience, and michael black understands it in a unique way that everyone can get in a personal address. he celebrates his profession in a certain, knowledgeable, value-creating way - both to the culinary delights and to his delightful and sometimes also to the good of the public. And who does not taste the self-produced digestion, the seasonal change, is himself guilty. the kulinarik in the burg is absolutely recommended, I personally think it is a singularity to a certain degree, a high point on the map of German restaurants. If it doesn't sound paradoxical, I wish that this glamorous light remains a secret drink. we will celebrate here all the following high times in any case.
The individual dishes are each a painting for themselves. tastefully it is at the highest level. the restaurant, located in old castle walls, is attractively furnished. the wine card is comprehensive and offers something for every taste. the service in restaurant is friendly, friendly and courteous. I can only recommend a visit.
