Popped in last night very busy all round with delivery and people in the restaurant so everything took a little bit longer than normal however service was still attentive and good despite being a bit stretched food always good here would always recommend. View all feedback.

Was really looking forward to coming here as we were recommended The meal unfortunately was very bland I couldn’t fault the service but the food was bang average at best Maybe they were having an off day but I won’t be returning View all feedback.
Awful experience. Waited around 1.5 hours for delivery, food arrived lukewarm, and extremely salty. Almost inedible. Lamb was chewy, chicken was dry, and all dishes lacked flavor except for the overpowering salt. Will not be ordering from this restaurant again.
We had a wonderful family meal at this restaurant. The service was fantastic and the food was absolutely delicious. It's definitely worth taking a short detour off the M1 to visit.
We made a reservation online but had to cancel due to my grandson being ill. We were able to rebook for the following week, and the staff were understanding and appreciative that we called to inform them. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and quickly seated at our table. After receiving the menu, we ordered our drinks and enjoyed some popadoms with chutneys. For starters, I had vegetable pakora, my daughter had onion Bahjis, and my grandson asked for my recommendation - prawn on puri. All the starters were delicious. For our main dishes, we ordered chicken rogan, lamb rogan, and chicken kyhaber. We also had side dishes of saag aloo, mushroom bahji, saag paneer, accompanied by mushroom rice, keema naan, and peshwari naan. Despite the abundance of food for just 3 people, including a 13-year-old, there was plenty to go around as it was banquet night with smaller portions. The quality of the dishes far surpassed what is shown in the photos. Kudos to the entire team for a job well done.
This restaurant is on the high street in the village of Markyate just off the A5 From the minute you enter the restaurant we got a warm friendly welcome , team were really pleasant and helpful Very clean and comfortable setting within the restaurant , tables well spaced from each other Extensive menu available We visited on a Wednesday evening , taking advantage of their midweek meal deal Food was all freshlly cooked nd piping hot Portion sizes extremely generous Food was beautifully spiced and presented Excellent valve for money Highly recommend and will definitely visit again Team openly offer and encourage you to take home uneaten Food Waste not want not !
L ate here on 29th October, there was 4 of us and the Bald waiter who cannot understand english was very rude and spoke to us very bad, also they do not have enough staff as the other two waiters were struggling. Used to be a very nice place when Uddin was there. Gone downhill and not enough staff!!!
