I visited the Chipotle Mexican Grill in Cypress (17400 Spring Cypress Rd) just once. I ordered online on a weekday, shortly after the lunchtime rush, and arrived about five minutes before my order was scheduled for pickup. As I walked in, I noticed my order was just being placed on the to-go shelf. I had no issues with my order. The staff was a bit reserved and not very chatty...
I love Chipotle! Today, I got a chicken bowl and added extra of everything. It’s incredibly delicious! The staff did a great job packing the bowl full of food, and the service was excellent.

The portion size at this restaurant is absolutely embarrassing. Half a bowl for $11 is absurd.
