It's the second time I had coffee there but this time I was a little disappointed by the service...first of all there were just another client before us but they took like 10min to make our 3 cups...but the worse part was that I saw (from my table) the server picking up a cup from the floor and putting it next to other two that obviously were for us... and I had to go to ask the server to use another cup, who just then took a new cup, but I saw that she didn't throw away the dirty one.
Kind of what you 'd expect from a coffee shop in a mall. They sometimes have some very resonable menu/combo deals. Coffee is good and so is the service. Not a bad 'pit stop ' when you 're at the mall.
Horrible customer service. Attendants seem to be mad with customers for some reason
