I ordered the first thaali on the menu, and it was fantastic! The portion sizes were just right, the flavors were authentic, and the service was incredibly fast. I also tried the Aaloo Paratha, which arrived quickly, fresh, and hot, accompanied by a side of achar. It was a lovely, healthy vegetarian option. **Food:** The selection of dishes is relatively small, but don’t let that deceive you. I actually appreciate a more limited menu because it allows me to focus on savoring each dish without feeling overwhelmed. At Sitar, they offer traditional fried vegetables, rice, and options like chicken or lamb, as well as other Indian specialties that some of my less adventurous friends may not recognize. For dessert, they serve saffron-infused rice and delicious gulab jamuns. The highlight of Sitar, however, is the freshly baked naan bread. Paired with yogurt or mint, it’s definitely a crowd-pleaser! Since it’s all-you-can-eat, my friends and I always end up asking for more and more. I think we went through three baskets of naan one time, and I swear my stomach almost burst that day! **Service:** The service is fantastic and almost impressive. The staff keeps a close eye on you, and as soon as you finish your plate, they promptly clear it away to make room for more food. **Price:** At just seven bucks for all-you-can-eat, it’s an incredible deal. Overall, I was very satisfied and can’t find any reason to rate them less than five stars!
As for the service, the staff is incredibly kind and soft-spoken. Regarding prices, they are very reasonable and not overpriced at all, especially considering the high quality of the food. As a regular customer, I can confidently say this is a must-visit place for everyone!
The food was excellent and prepared promptly. However, the naan was just average and lacked the freshness I expected. The service was satisfactory. All the dishes are vegetarian and packed with flavor. I didn't request a milder option, and it turned out to be quite spicy, so be sure to ask for mild if you're not a fan of heat.
