At this Chipotle location, guest experiences appear to vary significantly. Best chipotle I?ve ever been to to be honest. Staff was friendly and service was great. Some chipotle?s suck?not this one.
The food was good and the staff was friendly. Food quality was great, everything seemed fresh. First time going here, and they did not disappoint. Some of the portions could have been bigger. I do wish they had more options. I did an online order and picked it up through the drive thru, and the process seemed easy enough. Though I didn't go inside, from what I could tell, it was clean.
Update. My online order was prepared just the way I wanted it. Great Customer service friendly professional staff. Updated Review: Things have surely changed since my initial review. I don?t know who?s managing this location now but it has really gonedown hill since the beginning of their opening in Cullman. From the customer service to the quality of the food. Almost everyvisit now I?m having to ask for fresh meat or other ingredients bc the food pans are either empty or have been dried out fromsitting for quite some time. Each time the staff acts as though they have an issue with honoring my request bc they do it withan attitude. It?s like most the employees the younger ones in particularly, expect to get a paid to do absolutely nothing andthat?s not how a job works. Management needs to step it up and get things back to how it use to be a couple of years ago becausethey won?t last long in the area if that type of behavior continues.
What a joke. Ordered online at 9:15pm. This Chipotle is *supposed* to close at 10pm. I get called 5 minutes later telling me that they can?t finish my order because of ?staffing issues?, and that they ?had to close?. They also ?didn?t have any food?. Iasked them to refund my money immediately and they told me ?the computer won?t let me do that?. I was told to call somecorporate Chipotle number to get my money back. So tonight I paid for a meal that they refused to make for me and also refusedto refund my money. Where I come from, this is known as ?theft?. Rest assured I will be calling Chipotle corporate about this.
