we loved this place. we had the cooking menu and really enjoyed all 5 dishes. they were all delicious and so well presented. service was excellent and so a good atmosphere. in any case an amazing place for a special occasion! View all feedback.

I can honestly say that my wife and I enjoy eating more than most. it was a hard year for everyone, and moon restaurant was a wonderful breath of fresh air, after a time of limited finer restaurants. we chose the touching menu of the chef, with a few extras, and it was absolutely the right decision. each court was carefully thought through, but not overblown. the chef has a clear vision for the tasting menu, and we were pleasantly surprised by the taste speed of the meal. we left the restaurant perfectly satisfied. I can't guarantee that the menu will be the same when they feed in the moon restaurant, but I can say that I trust the chef to deliver an stellar culinary experience. often eating is the only highlight mentioned in restaurant reviews. but this time I have to direct attention to the service. Eating can be delicious, but without proper service, it can be all really bad going... really fast. what can I say about the service? our servant is called jesper. I don't know if the moon restaurant trains all its employees on the same way, but I can say that jesper was efficient, knowledgeable, charming and actually very helpful. when they go to the moon restaurant. for jesper. the kerl is great in his work and he is definitiw to go in the culinary world! I only know that the moon restaurant is worth the ferry ride, the walk over the canal and finally the long elevator ride. Make sure to enjoy this amazing view of the city and of course these epic Instagram photo-ops...but, (please ask her), don't go so far with this silver that they forget to enjoy the perfect service and incredible eating. !5 stars!
Very beautiful unique experience. not too many revolving restaurants, whenever my wife and I find one, we go for it. we were not disappointed. first I didn't know what to do from the menu and I wasn't excited. they can either choose the cooking menu for the table or go al' acarte as we ordered. we ate the buratta with sour teigbrot and basilikum olive oil, which was delicious then had the scallop ravioli, which was also very good. Finally, the best part in the end was the pommes that were some of the best I ever had, just perfection. I was pleasantly surprised and satisfied. the personal was good and accommodating. large view of the flow and 360 degrees turn around, let us see most of the amsterdam. a certain must experience when they are in amsterdam. we came from florida and glad that we chose this place for the few days we stayed
Absolutely fantastic! Food was incredible, waiters were super nice and of course by far the best view in Amsterdam. Really would recommend and cannot wait to be back. Thanks Moon.
Very nice and cozy restaurant with amazing panoramatic view of Amsterdam. We had 7 courses menu “fool moon” with wine degustation. Almost every course was delicious and wine selection was stunning. Staff was friendly and polite. But little bit louder company on the next table disturbed our excelent experience.
