Place to be in Cuenca. Joël cooks like a chef !! Best (belgian fries in the country, cheap (3,50$ and delicious lunch. Good beers and coffee and you even can play some boardgames . Joël is a really nice person . Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
