Stayed in La Condessa so went here as it has great food, comfortable atmosphere, good location for me, and good prices. Soups and salads were very good and service was too. View all feedback.

I have literally had better food on an airplane. With all of the great restaurants in this neighborhood, I have no idea how this place stays in business. To their credit, they were open on a holiday, which is how we ended up there. View all feedback.
We came here the first night we arrived in mexico city and felt very relaxed and welcome right away! This place became our local spot for the week we were here. The margaritas are delicious and the papayas bravas are exceptional. Thank you Johanna, Felipe and everyone else at second : would highly recommend! Plus they have comfy chairs

I had read that it is worth wandering through Condesa for its boutiques and galleries. We never did find them, and we weren't really looking for them all that hard. But what we did find, in a little residential street, between the two parks, is a wonderful spot for lunch. We shared a pizza and a salad, and both were excellent. Second draws a neighbourhood crowd, rather than business people. In the two parks, Parque Espana and Parque San Martin, you'll be with locals playing with their children and walking their dogs. Both Second and the neighbourhood were a welcome respite from the chaos of Paseo de la Reforma and Bosque de Chapultepec.
