I was disappointed with the quality of the food at this restaurant. Everything was cold and not fresh, with the shrimp being particularly soggy from swimming in ice water. The hibachi was just okay, nothing special. The waitress, however, was great. The only highlights were the ice cream and water. Overall, I would not recommend this place.
This is the worst Chinese buffet I've ever experienced! First and foremost, the food selection was extremely limited. The dishes looked old, especially for a weekend! The coating on the fried foods was so dark that it was clear they were reusing the same oil. I was hesitant to try the fried crab because it appeared dark and I wasn't sure how long it had been sitting out. When we requested fresh crab, they served the same unappealing ones, and when I finally tried to eat it, it was cold! Clearly, they prepare it in advance.
The food was cold and unappetizing. When it was time to pay the bill, it was $5–$6 more than what the website advertised. I spoke to the person at the register, and he explained that the website is outdated because they went out of business, so the prices weren't accurate. There was no updated pricing displayed anywhere inside the restaurant. They refused to honor the website's prices and simply said there was nothing they could do. I won’t be returning to this place. For a lunch for one adult and a child, it cost nearly $35. Don’t be misled by this restaurant; it has really declined in quality.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant and felt compelled to share it. I was shocked to receive expired, old, and undercooked food that smelled awful and looked unappetizing. It was such a waste of time! I took my wife and three kids there on January 5, 2023, and as soon as we started to eat, I realized how bad the food was. I spoke to the server and asked to only be charged for the tea and three bottles of water. However, they insisted on charging me $74.78, which I refused to pay. To my surprise, they called the police, and I just couldn’t believe it when three or four officers arrived in two squad cars! It was absolutely ridiculous! In the end, I had to pay…
