I recently ordered a pizza that arrived completely squashed. I called the restaurant and the person I spoke to was very helpful. They sent a new pizza within half an hour, which arrived hot and delicious. We ordered again a few weeks later, and once again the pizza and sides were hot and tasty. The service was excellent and the food was enjoyable. We will definitely be ordering from this place again.
Today, on 11/11/19, I called the restaurant and placed my regular order. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a 50% discount on orders over £50. The woman I spoke with on the phone at 9 o'clock was incredibly helpful and assisted me in ordering additional food since I was unable to do so online. It was truly the best customer service experience I've had in a long time. This girl deserves a promotion, and more people in the food industry should strive to be like her. Thank you so much, and if the chef is reading this, she is a star!
The manager or staff at this restaurant, who appeared to be Polish, were rude and asked me if I was ready to order in a unpleasant manner. I intend to report this behavior to the headquarters. The manager was also seen yelling at his own staff, and the food preparation area was chaotic and disorganized. I will be sure to make a note of this and will think twice before visiting this establishment again.
Order came an hour late, no one answering the phone when chasing up. Useless. Won't be ordering from them again
After a day out with the kids returned home and placed and order. 2hrs later no food and didnt answer the phpne...nice one. Wont be using again
