Every meal is crafted from fresh, local ingredients, with vegan options that include a delightful garlic mayo. The friendly staff add to the warm atmosphere, making each visit memorable. Although queues can be long, the experience—especially at sunset—is undeniably rewarding. Biffs is not just a meal but a true culinary adventure awaiting every visitor.
I love this place. eating is first-class, qualitatiw high quality and quickly served. the young who work here are also fab, always chatty and welcoming, and make them effort to remember their names!
Hidden! immediately impresses with the friendly, welcoming atmosphere. a well presented menu. great service and eating is excellent. well packed and just survived the motorcycle sprint back before the photo! a must try when in croyde.
Highly popular street food van at Ocean Pitch campsite at Croyde Bay. Weekly changing menu (the week we visited was Moroccan week . Only serving breakfast and dinner (5.30 8pm . Queue time could be long at peak times 45 min wait (but could be also due to one team member down? . Food was great when we got it though, especially by the beach watching the sunset, washed down with cold pale ale. Very friendly staff and you could see the passion they have running the establishment and why it’s so popular with the campers, visitors and locals. Will visit again when we are in the area but this time we will turn up early at opening time!!
Biffens is outstanding! They typically offer both a meat option and a vegan alternative for the style of cuisine featured that evening. I’ve enjoyed their Katsu curry nights as well as their Mexican nights, and I loved both experiences. I highly recommend it! It’s truly a delight, with excellent service provided by a very friendly team. Be sure to arrive early, as it’s quite popular! Updated from my previous review on 2023-02-14.
Biffen offers a diverse menu with different dishes each day of the week, such as katsu curry on Thursdays and Fridays, and Moroccan wraps on Saturdays and Sundays. Every dish I've had from Biffen has been fantastic, made with fresh ingredients and local produce. They always provide a vegan option, including a delicious vegan garlic mayo that pairs perfectly with their potato puffs, which are definitely worth trying!
