Stopped in for lunch, decided upon having something from the all day breakfast menu. I was not disappointed. The eggs benedict was beautiful, but the hollandaise sauce out of this world delicious. View all feedback.

Lovely food, girl who served us was great but the "cook" out the back was very rude to both her and us, and we waited nearly half an hour for him to heat one pie!!! Our coffee (which was nice coffee made promptly) was nearly cold by the time we walked out! View all feedback.
Great coffee and milkshakes. Lots of goodies to choose from. Light lunch available. Good place for coffee and cake or lunch. Plenty of seating available.
We went in for a snack and ordered a coffee and cheese cake, it took a while for the coffee to arrive and was almost cold. After waiting for a long while I had to go to the counter to ask for the cheese cake,...which I noticed had been removed from the cabinet and was sitting on the bench, no plate. The cheese cakes arrived. My wife was looking at a painting she wanted to buy, and approached the lady at the counter. Need cash she said., can’t pay via card, because they are painted by a local artist. Well we did not buy. There should be a way that a card payment could be used. Not the friendliest places
With some pavement seating out the front, we visited The Nest cafe for morning coffee. Coffee was OK a good selection of gluten free cakes was available: I had a date loaf
Our family get takeaway from here every few months. Each time I’ve ordered a salad sandwich with no onion and each time it’s come with onion. I actually have an intolerance to raw onion and despite removing it from the sandwich, I have still suffered...the effects due to the cut onion touching the rest of the sandwich. Not good enough! Intolerances and allergies can be serious and it shouldn’t be this hard! If you have an allergy or intolerance check your takeaway before leaving, and repeat the seriousness of your request to the lady.
Baked potato with the lot is too much for most people. Coffee is great, excellent service. This older couple had a great lunch suitable for both carnivores and herbivores. Set aside a few hours (or days to explore this lovely town and surrounding region and...have brekkie and lunch in this cafe at least once while you're here.
