I paid at the pump for 6.12 and charged it to my cash card. They deducted the full amount of 41.49 from my card but only refunded me 0.27 instead of the 35.00 I should have received back. I paid at the pump for 6.12 and charged it to my cash card. They deducted the full amount of 41.49 from my card but only refunded me 0.27 instead of the 35.00 I should have received back. I called Cash App, and they advised me to contact the merchant. When I reached out to the restaurant, they claimed they had no record of the 6.00 transaction. I urged them to check their video surveillance, as I was at the pump for no more than two minutes—there's no way I could have pumped 40.00 worth of gas in that short time. I'm extremely upset. I'm on a fixed income, and that was all the money I had until the end of the month. Please be cautious when using your debit card at this place.
The place is always empty and there's never a rush at this gas station. If you're looking for high-quality Shell premium nitro, this is the spot for you.
The male employee at this restaurant was extremely rude. A friend had asked me to buy some scratch tickets for her, which I had never done before. When I asked the employee a question about the tickets, I wasn’t entirely sure what he meant. Instead of offering a polite explanation, he responded with an attitude, rolled his eyes, and tossed my change onto the counter.
