Was profjoypc at Coopers Cafe a mag?
I thought this was a very interesting little cafe and enjoyed a drink and sandwich here. It is a bar too as the name suggests. It doesn't look very much from the exterior but inside it is very nicely decorated and very welcoming. Staff are very friendly. There are a very small number of pavement tables too. What Peeceecee dislikes about Coopers Cafe:
Have been meaning to try this for a long time based on all the good reviews but was seriously unimpressed. Walked in through the front door and stood and waited. There were two ladies busy at the counter who looked up as we walked in and then just ignored us. Eventually we moved inside found a table and sat down and I then returned to the counter to place an order. Ignored again!! View all feedback.
This cafe is a hidden gem! It's just a quick walk from the town center and definitely worth the trip. We were lucky to be staying at Coopers Cottage next door, so visiting this cafe was a no-brainer. The food was outstanding, and the atmosphere was lively and bustling. They offer a great selection for breakfast that is delicious and reasonably priced. We would have loved to visit again, but unfortunately they are closed on Mondays. We will definitely keep this in mind for our next stay in Skipton at the cottage next door!
Absolutely delicious! So glad we stopped here for lunch. We had the smoked salmon bagel and lamb patties, couldn’t ask for anything more, the flavours of both where perfect. Delicious!!! Cant wait to return, thank you.
We have visited in the past and nothing has changed with friendly service and a good choice of food. We stopped in for breakfast and a lovely milkshake. Very dog friendly and well worth a visit.
The cafe is done out really nicely, the staff are really friendly and my wife had a really nice Steak sandwich for lunch today. Unfortunately I opted for the lamb patties in flatbread and though it was really tasty it was a miserly portion of food for £8.95. I did complain and they did cook me another little pattie (they are about 2 inches in diameter) but , despite not being one who tends to eat large portions, I still left feeling hungry and won't be returning.4/5 for my wife's lunch and 2/5 for mine 3/5 rating.
Found this lovely dog friendly cafe whilst visiting Skipton. It has lovely decor with extra seating upstairs. Staff friendly food yummy. Had lamb patties on flatbread with salad, yummy. Would definitely recommend will visit again when in area.
