Despite its reputation for flavorful, quick meals, recent visits to this Chipotle location reveal significant operational shortcomings. Patrons frequently encounter shortages of popular items such as chips, guacamole, and tortillas, particularly after 7:30 PM, leading to frustration. Additionally, disorganization and inattentive service plague the dining experience, with long lines and staff distractions often impacting order accuracy. While the food remains satisfactory and the vegan options appealing, cleanliness and customer care have reportedly declined. Until these issues are addressed, diners may want to consider alternatives or adjust their timing when craving a Chipotle fix.
Even though Chipotle is not a locally owned restaurant, we love going there because of their delicious vegan menu that is quick and easy to get. The portions are satisfying and the food is delicious, making it a win-win situation for everyone.
We highly recommend Chipotle, even if you are not from the area. It is incredibly convenient to get a tasty vegan meal that is both satisfying and affordable. It's a win-win-win situation!
I always order takeout from here, every single time. What's the point of having a pick-up area if it's not being utilized? I end up standing around for 5 minutes while the employees chat and ignore me before finally getting my food without any acknowledgment or customer service.
The people that work here barely give you any meat they don't even give you a full scoop of it. I love Chipotle but I was suggest going to a different location
